Gangsu Gobchang is a long-running Hongdae-style Korean offal restaurant specializing in grilled beef intestines and other beef cuts. Its menu includes assorted gopchang with gopchang, makchang, daechang and yeomtong, as well as individual cuts such as al gopchang, Hanwoo daechang and special yang. The current menu lists the small assorted platter at ₩38,000 for about two servings, making it a relatively accessible way to try several cuts together. The restaurant sits slightly away from the busiest Hongdae streets and has outdoor terrace seating, giving it a casual Korean ya-jang atmosphere in good weather. Recent visitors particularly mention the clean-tasting gopchang, friendly service and terrace seating.
